Payment & Fees
Private Pay Therapy Rates: $165 for regular 1 hour sessions. $190 for new client & annual diagnostic assessments. Payment plans available in some situations.
Coaching: $165.00 per session, packages available.
Reiki Energy Healing Sessions: $100.00 an hour
I accept the following insurance plans:
Wellmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Most out of state BCBS plans, Federal BCBS

If your insurance plan covers me.

If your insurance plan has a deductible that includes mental health appointments. A deductible is the amount you will pay out of pocket before your insurance pays all or part of your appointment costs.

If you have a co-payment amount or co-insurance percentage. This is the amount you will owe each session.

If your plan will cover telehealth sessions provided by me. Some insurance plans require you to see a contracted telehealth provider such as Doctor on Demand or Teledoc.
Please note that you are responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, and/or deductibles as indicated by your individual policy. Payment is expected in full at the end of each session.
Private pay clients have a right to a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act.
